FAQS
Do you sell alcohol?
No. Due to our licensing in CA we do not provide or sell any alcohol. Alcohol must be purchased by our clients. We can provide non-alcoholic items such as ice, water, juice, soda, mixers and garnishes.
How much alcohol do I need to purchase?
The amount of alcohol depends on many factors such as guest count, how many guests drink alcohol and if they are light drinkers or heavy drinkers. Don’t fret, we know how much you need and we can chat and help you determine the perfect amount.
Why is buying my own alcohol better than just using a fully licensed bar service?
It all comes down to cost and variety. When you purchase your own alcohol, it does not get marked up with extra fees and taxes. A bottle of vodka can be 1/2 to 1/4 of the price when purchased yourself versus buying one through a fully licensed bar. The other benefit is variety. You can have as much or as little as you want! You can have the exact brands and styles you want too. Not all bars can provide that due to their distributing partners and deals they may have with certain brands.
Can I customize services?
All services are fully customizable. If you want something you don’t see, just reach out and we can talk about making your vision come true.
Do you serve events without alcohol?
Absolutely! We can do mocktails, soda, flavored waters, tea, coffee and virgin mimosa bars!
Can you just purchase my alcohol for me?
We cannot purchase your alcohol, however we can place an order for you. We can place an order with such stores like BevMo or Total Wine and have the alcohol delivered to you for your event, but you would have to pay for the order. This is a great service for those who want one less thig off of their plate.
How do I reserve a date for my event?
A non-refundable 25% deposit is due the day of booking to place a hold on your date. The final payment (based on final guest count), is due 1 week before your event.
Do you need access to power?
No, we can function anywhere without power, we have a battery in our trailer to help keep the lights on. The only reason we would need access to power is if you choose to have hot coffee/ tea or blended drinks.
What is the space requirements?
The trailer is 12’ long with the service window on the passenger side. We need the 12’ space plus the ability to park it using a pick-up truck (truck to be moved before event if necessary).
** the trail MUST be completely on your property, whether that is a venue or private property. The trailer cannot be in a public parking lot, street, side of the road or any place where the general public is allowed.
Can you serve at my venue that has their own liquor license?
We cannot. If a venue has their own liquor license, we are not allowed to serve alcohol you provide or they provide in that space.
